* edit - expanded testing to include checking for expected check ids and

Added server testing

added support resource json to manifest file and simplified
support response return from reviewed comments

* Streamline loading of resource files

* edit - ensured regions are assigned in models

0bd586eb67 Place reserved_keywords.txt not in root. 
Do not use data_files in setup.py but MANIFEST.in
Otherwise some enviroments throw errors when trying
to create the data file.

adding owner id to amis v2 (#1331) 
* Adding owner-id/OwnerId to the AMI classes to allow the value to be specified to test filtering images based on owner.

* Added default AMIs and filtering by owner-id

* Fixed some tests

* Fixed more random tests
